Jan Collins is an Associate member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). As a professional in the Boston area, Jan provides comprehensive residential and commercial interior design services for discerning clients throughout Boston, Metro West, the North Shore, and New Hampshire.
Jan Collins Interiors specializes in full-service custom residential design. Jan’s professional education and ASID affiliation are just the beginning of her professional expertise. Her nearly two decades of design and project management experience—plus her lifelong passion for design—acts as the foundation that Jan uses to guide clients smoothly through any home renovation or design project.
PHILOSOPHY
Jan takes a flexible, personal, and professional approach to each project. She believes that, “every project is collaboration between designer and client that culminates into a functional, uniquely beautiful environment that is timeless for years to come.” Her intuitive connection with her clients is at the core of her philosophy of creating successful living and working spaces.
When asking Jan about her “signature style”, her response was, “I don’t believe in a signature style. I’m equally comfortable working with antiques, chic mid-century furniture, or contemporary urban décor.” She believes that since each client is unique, each project should be equally unique. Jan’s designs blend a myriad of styles into elegant expressions of her clients’ lifestyles and personalities that also compliment the architecture, history and spirit of the home or professional space.
